PLASTPOL 2016 (Kielce, Poland – May 17th-20th) – THE REALM OF PLASTIC

Here we are to the 20th edition of Plastpol, the largest and most important crossroad in Central and Eastern Europe as for the plastic industry.

Since 2014, the inquiry for plastic has noticeably increased, making a +7,1% jump, scoring a 3,1 mio tons production and, as a consequence, Poland’s plastic industry has rapidly grown as well: in 2014 it showed a +4,6% increase in manufacturing.

This year the exhibition will gather together over 800 exhibitors, coming from 30 countries, and more than 18.000 business participants are expected, stepping on a 30.000mt square surface.

The event puts together business activities related to the plastic sector: from raw materials to end products, tools and moulds machines, manufactures and distributors, always winking at recycling technologies.

Of course, Merlett could not miss the event: indeed this year appointment has been the real introduction and breakthrough of the 100% Made in Italy hose producer in the Polish market of plastic.
